Photographing rock bands from the pit, or anywhere in the Paramount Theater, located in Huntington, Long Island, New York is a lot of fun! I’ve shot David Mustaine, Jakob Dylan of the Wallflowers, and many others. Shooting photos of music fans jumping off the stage, and crowd-surfing is insane! Luckily, the muscle-bound security men do a great job of keeping the performers and fans safe.

Besides shooting at the Paramount, I’ve also photographed bands in the studio and on location. From time to time I get to shoot album covers—two for Atlantic Records. My photos of Funkmaster Flex, super-cool Busta Rhymes, DJ Skribble, and Rap events have been featured online, and in magazines.
