The Perfect Long Island Wedding Rings!
Finding the perfect wedding rings is literally a labor of love. Sometimes, choosing the wedding ring that will live on your finger for the rest of your life is as difficult as choosing a tattoo. Worse yet, everyone you speak to will insist that you use their jeweler. This is the proverbial example of, “I’ve got a guy…”
Speaking of which, my own unique wedding rings were designed and made by my longtime friend and world-renowned master jeweler, Sean Gilson of Gilson Designs. Sean is also a goldsmith, and gem connoisseur, who personally handcrafts every creation. So if you don’t have a guy—call mine!

Wedding Ring Buying Tips:
For brides, be sure to bring your engagement ring with you when you shop for wedding rings. The reason for this is that when you wear both rings together they will naturally rest on a different part of your finger.
Consider how your engagement and wedding rings will complement each other. And also consider how your fiancée’s ring will look next to yours.
Decide on a budget range, and stick to it. This helps from making spur of the moment emotional choices. Some couples often opt to spend very little on the rings in favor of saving for a downpayment on a house or car.
Try to give your jeweler at least three months to complete and adjust custom wedding rings.
Discuss choosing a wedding ring style that is easy to resize with your jeweler.
People who work with their hands and play hard should consider avoid softer stones and intricate settings as they may be easily damaged
Choose materials that are easier to maintain such as gold and platinum. Two-tone rings will generally require more maintenance.
Wedding Ring Photography Tips:
It’s always a good idea to shoot some wedding ring beauty shots with the wedding invitation.
Time permitting, try to shoot some beauty shots of the wedding rings with the wedding flowers.
You can shoot a nice shot of the wedding rings with the couple facing each other with the groom’s hand caressing the bride’s face as she places her hand over the groom’s so their wedding rings are close together.
Bring a jeweler’s soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints.

“My friend recommended Dan to my husband and I, and we could not have been happier. Dan is calm, cool, and professional. I have a large Italian Family, and my husband has a large Irish Family. Dan was able to gather all of us for pictures, followed lists we had previously prepared, and did not miss one minute of our special day.”
